Office Policy

Welcome…To A Girlfriends Fix!  We offer relaxation massage and spa therapies that will calm the mind, body and spirit.  Our massage service promotes relaxation, improves circulation, relieves tension and reduces stress. 

There are some cases where massage is not advisable.  Therefore, medical information relayed to us is necessary.  All our clients are required to fill out a client information form.  All clients are responsible to inform us of any medications or medical conditions before our service is provided.  Special consideration is given to clients with high blood pressure, diabetes, clients on blood thinning medication, those suffering from severe varicose veins and pregnancy.  Massage should only be performed between the 12th and 36th weeks of pregnancy.  

All identifying and medical information is used for the sole purpose of making contact with the client and modification of spa services where clinically indicated. Under no circumstances is client information released or transferred to any other person entity or business.

Children ~ For legal and insurance reasons we cannot permit children under 14 in any area of this studio.  We can neither assure their safety nor can we provide our undivided attention to client needs.  Children 14-17 may receive appropriate services when accompanied by an adult during the entire service.

Etiquette

For your total relaxation and comfort experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Arriving late will only take away precious moments of your session. Your session will end on time, regardless of how late you start so the next client is not delayed.

Cancellations

Please call within 24 hours, so the time slot is available for another client.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our service fees and are solely at your discretion.
